Your Role

This is a permanent full-time, Monday to Friday position, working closely with our management team to coordinate services, support staff and maintain high standards of participant care.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of disability and mental health services, including:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of approximately 15–20 support workers.
• Overseeing the delivery of support services for approximately 10–15 participants across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Flexible Living Arrangements (FLA) and Community Access services.
