REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in disability support work or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility with work hours, including the potential for shift work and weekends.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a relevant qualification is a plus.
