Are you an experienced Support Worker with a background in Aged Care, Disability, and Mental Health associated with challenging behaviours? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Attainable Care is a leading Registered NDIS Provider dedicated to creating a world of possibilities for individuals with disabilities. We are dedicated to providing a range of tailored services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes. We are currently seeking passionate and committed Support Workers to join our growing team, with multiple locations across Melbourne:

  • South East Melbourne

Start as soon as possible and enjoy a competitive pay rate of $35-40 per hour (subject to experience and qualifications), with penalty rates for evening, weekend, and overtime shifts. You’ll also receive $0.92 per km between shifts (terms and conditions apply).

Responsibilities
  • Current NDIS Worker check, Police Check, and Working with Children’s Check.
  • Certificate of NDIS Worker Orientation Program.
  • A current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
  • A valid Australian Driver’s License & Reliable Car.
  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field.
  • Experience working with people with Mental health disability and challenging behaviour.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the NDIS framework.
  • Ability to provide 2 current/recent work-related references.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting individuals with disabilities.
