We don't just provide services. We build confidence, capability, and lasting outcomes. About the Role | Mō te tūranga This is more than a case management role. As a Disability Outcomes Coach, you'll walk alongside people who self-manage their disability funding and employ their own support staff. You'll simplify complex systems, build confidence, and empower individuals and whānau to take control of their support journey. You'll bring the Enabling Good Lives principles to life, helping people turn aspirations into achievable, measurable outcomes. If you bring lived experience of disability, either personally or within your whānau, or have strong advocacy experience within the disability sector, we would genuinely value your perspective.
