Position Summary: Provides day-to-day support to the Disability Operations Coordinator in the Testing Center, including: * Seating students, monitoring cameras during exams, collecting exam materials, and returning them to faculty * Answering the phone and reviewing general office email—responding to basic inquiries and forwarding others to the appropriate staff member. Assists students with scheduling appointments and exams  * Compiling routine reports for the Associate Chief Diversity Officer Qualifications Minimum education: * High School Diploma or GED   Required Skills: * Familiarity with Excel * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to maintain confidential information * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)   Schedule (with flexibility and subject to adjustment based on needs): * M/W/F: 8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. & 2:00–5:30 p.m. * T/Th: 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. & 2:00–5:30 p.m. * Finals Week: T/W/Th/F 8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. & 2:00–6:00 p.m.
