The Role: Step into a role where you can make an active difference in the lives of people with disability through providing person-centered, compassionate in-home support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access. Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
