The Role:

We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Cromer group home with 20-24 hours per week.

• Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.
• Providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.
• Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.
• Being part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team!

Week 1 - Total 31 hours
Tue 15:00-21:00
Wed 06:00-09:00
Fri 07:00 - 15:00
Sat 13:30-19:30
Sun 07:00-15:00
Week 2 - Total 13.5 hours
Wed 06:00-09:00
Fri 15:00-21:00
Sat 15:00-19:30

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
• Experience as a disability support practitioner or a carer or assistant in nursing or aged care or nursing
• A current NSW Driver’s License (P2 minimum).
