The Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support professional for a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Cromer group home with 60+ hours per fortnight. Ideally, you will have proven experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours, while also being able to demonstrate a commitment to supporting all clients through compassionate care and empowerment. Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs. Providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment. Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars. Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress. Being part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team!
