The Role: CPA are seeking resilient, client-focused and confident Disability Support professionals to support our wonderful clients in a group SIL house in Hornsby Heights. The role includes: Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access. Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
