The Role: As a Disability Support Worker in our Allambie Heights Lifestyles team, your role will focus on: Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines Supporting social connection and activity-based development Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism Building positive relationships with our clients. This is a permanent part-time position for approximately 3-5 days per week, during the hours of 9am - 3pm. What You'll Bring: We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values, are client-focused in their approach to care, and are passionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your can-do attitude is key! Someone who embodies CPA values, is client-focused in their approach to care, and driven by the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday, Thursday and Friday are essential) Available to work shifts between the hours of 9am - 3pm. A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum). What Makes CPA Different?
