Then this is a great opportunity for you! Put your passion into your work with a Program Manager position in the Antelope Valley area. We are looking for the right person to manage a caseload of 10-15 individuals with developmental disabilities. Our Program managers have the title of QATC: Quality Assurance Training and Coordination. Our programs are run with the assurance of quality care, quality training, and coordination of everyone involved in the support of our individuals. We pride ourselves on being the number one care provider for adults with developmental disabilities in Southern California.  The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: * Effective time management * Flexible schedule * Leadership and/or management experience * Excellent communication and listening skills * The ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment * Personal drive and resilience  * The ability to support others and work as an effective team   Job tasks: * Train Staff * Ensure service quality * Monitor daily and monthly documentation and timekeeping * Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff * Communicate with circles of support * Attending meetings with service coordinators  * Maintain open communication with Regional Center and service coordinators * Cover open shifts if necessary * Communicate with, and monitor staff to ensure the quality of care   Job Requirements: * Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record * Must be able to pass a background check and drug test * Management/Supervisory experience (preferred)  * Bilingual is a plus!   Benefits: * Vacation   (Full Time)  * Sick leave.  * Paid Holidays * Gas mileage reimbursement for certain work-related travel is also included.  * Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance   (Full Time) * CALSavers Retirement Plan * Compensation $22-$24 DOE
