Complete Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our caring team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centered support to individuals living with life-limiting conditions, such as Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

We provide care for participants in their own homes across the Sunshine Coast (Nambour area). You will work closely with participants and families to ensure dignity, comfort, and quality of life at every stage of care.

Wide variety of shifts available. Mornings, afternoons, evening and active overnight shifts available.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Ideally 12 months or more experience in the sector, with palliative care experience strongly preferred
  • Manual handling and enteral feeding experience preferred
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening Card
  • Valid Driver's License
