REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
• Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
• Fluent English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive and have experience working with participants who require physical support/social support.
• Full Australian driver’s license, own car, and comprehensive car insurance.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
