Hours: 24/7 Care – Flexible shifts available
Pay Rate: Above award wages – based on experience

Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced support worker with a passion for providing high-quality care to people living with dementia?
We’re seeking an exceptional support worker to join our team and assist a male participant requiring 24/7 care in his own home. This is a long-term role supporting a vibrant, footy-loving individual with complex care needs.
Due to the nature of personal care involved, the participant has a preference for male support workers.

• Providing person-centred care and companionship
• Supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
• Medication prompting and documentation
• Light domestic duties and meal preparation
• Building trust and rapport with someone who values consistency and connection
• Watching or chatting footy is a bonus!
