Disability Support Worker – Casual / Part-Time

Position Overview

We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living assistance
• Supporting participants with household tasks and routines
• Assisting with community access and social activities
• Encouraging independence and skill development
• Maintaining accurate progress notes and reports
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of participants at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in disability support or aged care (preferred)
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (preferred)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
