OUR PURPOSE

We create inclusive, supportive communities where people with disability can live independently, connect meaningfully, and thrive.
Our innovative Vertical Villages and tailored supports help participants build routines, engage in the community, and live life on their own terms. This role focuses on connection, daily living support, and communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an AUSLAN-fluent Support Worker to support participants who are Deaf or hard of hearing, located in one of our Vertical Villages in Marrylands. You’ll play a vital role in helping them:

  • Build confidence and independence
  • Access community activities and appointments
  • Organise and participate in daily routines
  • Develop life skills like budgeting, cooking, and planning
  • Communicate effectively and confidently in their preferred language
  • Navigate services, transport, or local supports

This is a social, empowering role – you’re not doing things for people, but with them.
