The Role: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals who possess the following qualities:

Compassion: Genuine empathy and a caring nature to support clients with kindness and understanding.
English proficiency
Must have complex care experience of 4-5 years
You must be strong physically
Must have experience in the implementation of positive behaviour management strategies
Peg feeding experience would be advantageous but not a must
Manual handling experience
Experience with personal care support

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain the following:

NDIS Screening Check
WWCC
Driver's License
Access to a reliable vehicle with minimum Third Party Insurance
Current First Aid & CPR certification
