REQUIREMENTS

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, Youth Work, Aged Care, or related (preferred)
  • Medication Administration Certificate (preferred)
  • Infection Control Certificate (preferred)
  • NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (minimum 3 doses)
  • Current Driver’s Licence + reliable car with registration & insurance
  • Proof of rights to work in Australia (e.g., Passport/citizenship)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Casual Support Workers to join our team. While our participants are of all ages, we are currently looking for workers with experience supporting children with complex and high-intensity needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide direct support to participants with high-intensity needs, including personal care and daily living assistance.
  • Implement Behaviour Support Plans and Positive Behaviour Support strategies in line with NDIS standards.
  • Support independence, skill development, and community inclusion.
  • Engage participants in a positive, fun, and person-centred way.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other staff.
