About us

Blossom Supports are a small team providing holistic and caring NDIS services across north Brisbane. We provide community access, in home support, group outings, respite and more. We are ever evolving with our staff and clients. We push our team to engage in their passions.

Qualifications & experience

• Preferably a Certificate III Individual Support or Experience in support work, mental health, aged care, childcare, studying some allied health certificate but not necessary
• Current Drivers License & comprehensive insurance
• First aid & CPR.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assisting clients in daily activities, getting ready, helping clean, assisting in meal prep and assistance in showering
• Providing mental health support, companionship and social support.
• De-escalate situations.
• Provide good communication in your shift notes.

Pay: $34.00 – $45.00 per hour
