Responsibilities

OUR PURPOSE

We create safe, supportive homes in our Vertical Villages and tailored accommodation. Our 24-hour support empowers participants to live independently and choose their lifestyle. We build thriving communities where people belong and flourish.
Whether you’re after stability or flexibility, we’ve got options. Full-time roles offer steady hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Part-time gives you a regular roster with the option to pick up extra shifts, often equalling full-time hours. Casual roles let you choose shifts that suit your lifestyle, with flexibility and consistency built in.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have multiple openings across different skill levels, shift types, and locations.

Depending on your experience and interests, you could be:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines
  • Working in our participants’ homes or in one of our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)
  • Managing more complex needs like behaviours of concern, trauma, or forensic backgrounds
  • Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
  • Supporting NDIS participants with meaningful, person-centred care
  • Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families
