Disability Support Worker, Brisbane (Casual)

Horizons Support Network is a people-first NDIS provider in Brisbane. We support people with disability to live the life they choose, with dignity, warmth and a bit of fun. We hire for heart and train the rest.

We are looking for reliable, caring support workers to join our team across all Brisbane suburbs.

What the work looks like

- Supporting people with everyday life: personal care, daily living, community access and social support

- Getting out into the community: appointments, activities, social outings, sport and hobbies

- Helping people build skills, confidence and independence

- Being a steady, friendly, dependable presence

What we are looking for

- A genuine, patient, reliable nature (this matters to us more than a long CV)

- Fluent English and the right to work in Australia

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to get one

- A driver's licence and a reliable, insured car

- First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain

Nice to have, but not essential

- A Certificate III in Individual Support, or you are studying toward one

- Experience in care, or in any people-facing role
