Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, promoting physical health, and personal growth. This role requires a proactive attitude towards on-the-job learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work compassionately with our clients.

Qualifications & experience

• Worker Screening check.
• All required background checks must be completed before commencing work.
• Working with Children Check.
• Police check (no more than 1 year old).
• Police check must be accepted if no more than 18 months old.
• Police check must be no more than 18 months old.
• Own, reliable vehicle.
• Own reliable vehicle suitable for client transport with current registration and comprehensive insurance
• Drivers license.
• Patience, empathy and a desire to understand the people you are supporting.
• Certificate 3 in Individual support and advantage but not mandatory.
