MALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER OR REGISTERED NURSE – BALLARAT

Immediate Start | Excellent Pay Rates | Long Shifts Available

Care Affairs Plus is seeking a reliable and compassionate male Disability Support Worker or Registered Nurse to support a participant with a physical disability in Ballarat.

This role involves high-intensity personal care. Comprehensive paid training will be provided until the successful candidate is assessed as competent and confident in all required duties.

Position requirements:

• Experience with manual handling and transfers
• Experience using ceiling and mobile/manual hoists
• Basic understanding of bowel care, including enemas and suppositories
• Willingness to undertake training until competency is achieved
• Reliable, respectful and committed to providing person-centred care
• Relevant qualifications and current compliance documents
• Registered Nurses must hold current AHPRA registration

Available shifts:

• Morning shifts
• Evening shifts
• Active overnight shifts
• Long and regular hours available
