DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS NEEDED IN HEYWOOD, VIC.

We are seeking caring and reliable support workers to assist two participants:

• Male participant – living with Persistent Depressive Disorder and chronic back pain. He is very pleasant, easy-going, and appreciative of the support he receives. He enjoys conversation, working on projects such as building model ships (a passion from his years as a fisherman), and exploring 3D printing.
• Female participant – a lovely lady with a mild intellectual disability who is very self-sufficient, easy to talk to, and enjoys companionship. She would like a female support worker to assist with light help around the home, provide social support, and join her for activities such as walking and spending time together.

Both roles focus on companionship, social support, and light assistance, with days and times that are flexible and negotiable to suit both the participants and workers.
