We’re currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team in Castlemaine and Bendigo.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and transport
  • Support clients in community activities and social engagement
  • Implement individual support plans with professionalism and empathy
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
