THE ROLE

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide in-home and community support to NDIS participants and aged care clients, helping them with daily living, personal care, and community participation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
• Support daily living tasks including meal preparation and household duties
• Provide safe transport to appointments, social activities, and community events
• Encourage independence, skill development, and social inclusion
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records
• Build respectful and trusting relationships with clients and families
