At Born2Care Support Services we work with a range of NDIS participants and provide both Community Access and In-home supports.
We aim to provide a person-centered approach for each of the participants we work with, and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-level support whilst promoting independence and personal development.

We require staff to work various shifts to support our clients in home and in the community plus be comfortable doing sleepovers & personal care.
We require staff for multiple participants.
Staff must be Fluent English speaking.
Staff must have experience in mental health and challenging behaviors.

What we need from you:

• Working with Children Check (blue card)
• NDIS Screening Clearance (yellow card)
• Current Police check upon request
• First aid cert or willingness to obtain
• Qld Driver’s license
• Own vehicle & comprehensive car insurance
• Industry experience is essential

About the role:

• $35-$45/hour depending on qualifications and experience
