Care Direct Disability Services is currently seeking an experienced disability support worker to provide care and support to vulnerable members of our community.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are requiring a support worker to help our client based in Caboolture 4510 to live a comfortable life and achieve their goals.
Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
Perform health care tasks to support the health hygiene and general wellbeing of the client.
Take the client to appointments
Deliver programs designed to help clients to achieve their goals
Perform a range of household tasks with the client with cleaning, washing &, etc.
Has flexibility in shifts
