We, at DY Community Group, are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support to our participants. You will aid with all aspects of daily living including personal care, domestic care, social and community participation, and transportation.

We are looking for people with the below-mentioned skills and experience.

• Experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to accept responsibility.
• Able to work as part of a team, cope with the physical demands of the job, and perform domestic duties efficiently.
