Male Support Worker – Logan (Peer-Aligned Support)

We’re looking for support workers in the Logan area to support multiple participants who would benefit from a relatable, peer-aligned worker.

About the Role:

The participant is a female who would feel most comfortable with someone of a similar age group to assist with personal care, daily living, and community-based social activities. The role is about building trust, connection, and shared interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support with daily activities and personal care
• Encourage community participation and social engagement
• Promote independence and positive routines
• Collaborate with the participant’s care team to meet NDIS goals

About You:

• Empathetic, reliable, and good at building rapport
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in disability support is advantageous

Essential Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Relevant training (or willingness to complete)
