We are a supportive, person-centred team seeking adaptable, dedicated, and compassionate individuals who are ready to help participants achieve their NDIS goals and thrive in their daily lives and communities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and hygiene. You will provide participants the supports feel empowered and independent.
Join participants on exciting outings, whether it’s fishing, hiking, or simply going for long walks. You’ll support them to access social, community, and recreational activities, providing fun and meaningful experiences.
Support participants with transportation and public transport training to access social activities, attend appointments, or assist with school runs for young people.
Provide emotional support to individuals, including children and young people with behavioural challenges or trauma backgrounds. Your patience and understanding will support participants build their self-confidence and resilience.
Ensure a safe and respectful environment for vulnerable children and adults, creating a space where they can thrive.

Casual rates based on your qualifications, aligned with the SCHADS Award.
Shifts are typically between 2-6 hours and can be scheduled in morning, afternoon, or evening windows between 7am–8pm.
Travel is required in the Brisbane City region and surrounding areas, particularly within Moreton Bay (North Lakes to Bribie Island).
