MY DISABILITY CARE

SUPPORT WORKERS – HERVEY BAY & MARYBOROUGH

Immediate Start Available

My Disability Care is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability to live independently, participate in their communities and achieve their goals.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking caring, reliable and professional Support Workers to join our team in Hervey Bay and Maryborough.

• Level 2 Pay Point 1 starting at $36.08 per hour plus applicable penalties

About the Role

You will support NDIS participants with:

• Community access and social participation
• Personal care and daily living activities
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Capacity building and independent living skills
• Medication assistance (where qualified)
• Supporting participants with autism, intellectual disability and complex needs

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Smartphone and basic technology skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Highly Regarded

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services
• Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern
• Experience in SIL or complex support environments
