Local NDIS Registered Provider seeking support worker to join our company in Mareeba region and Atherton Tablelands.

We require support worker to have Australian Driver's Licence, own their vehicle to transport participants, have comprehensive vehicle insurance.

Have flexible availability during the week and possible sleepover shifts

Be computer literate

Be able to speak, read and write in English

Must have good time management, be self-directed, team oriented

Pay: $42.00 – $57.20 per hour

Your Role as an NDIS Support Worker:

As an NDIS Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualised support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting individuals with daily living activities

- Providing emotional and social support

- Promoting independence and community participation

- Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Empathy and patience

- Relevant qualification in healthcare

- Willingness to undergo relevant training and certifications

- A valid NSW driver's license

- First Aid + CPR (current & in date)

- Working with Children, NDIS Workers Check and Police Checks (or willingness to obtain)
