What You’ll Do

  • Personalised Support: Assist with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, cleaning, and mobility.
  • Goal-Focused Care: Help clients work toward personal goals—whether that’s building independence or social inclusion.
  • Community Engagement: Encourage and support clients to be part of their community and do what they love.
  • Companionship & Connection: Offer genuine support and build real relationships.
  • Record Keeping: Document client progress to help shape their support journey.

Must-Have Requirements

  • A current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, registered vehicle
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card – ACT
  • Police Check (National Criminal History)
  • Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module – “Quality, Safety and You”
