We are looking for specific skills/personality to match participant requests which range from working with complex behaviour, non-verbal, personal care and HPS to support for community access and assisted daily living.
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in collaborating with individuals and their support network, providing assistance either in their homes or SIL Homes. The work is diverse, rewarding, and engaging – from assisting with daily living routines to facilitating social outings or pursuing hobbies and interests.
