Build a Career, Not Just a Job

Are you looking for a permanent role where you can make a meaningful difference while building a long-term career in the disability sector?

We're seeking committed and compassionate Disability Support Workers who want to grow with our organisation. This is more than a support worker position—it's an opportunity to join a team that invests in its people and develops future leaders.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional support today and aspire to take on mentoring, coordination, or leadership responsibilities in the future, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access supports, empowering NDIS participants to live independently, safely, and with dignity.

You'll work closely with participants to help them achieve their goals while becoming part of an organisation that values professional development, career progression, and leadership from within.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide active support within Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
  • Assist participants with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support participants to access the community, attend appointments, build social connections, and develop life skills.
  • Implement Behaviour Support Plans where required.
  • Promote participant choice, independence, dignity, and rights.
  • Complete accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
