As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and assistance tailored to the needs and preferences of our participants. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Assist with in-home care
• Supporting participants to engage in community activities.
• Encouraging independence and promoting skills development.
• Transport clients to appointments
• Maintaining accurate records and communication with the support team.
