We are seeking to hire Experienced Disability Support Workers in the Redlands

(Birkdale Area) to support a participant with Complex Behaviours, Mental Health & Physical Disabilities.

• Multiple shifts available throughout weekdays, weekends & sleepovers
• Supportive rostering and management team

Duties and responsibilities of Male and Female Support Worker are unique and varied because those we support have unique needs. You could be working in people’s homes and/or in the community. Examples of what you will do are:

• Medication Administration
• Daily living assistance: helping with meals, eating & feeding, light domestics, mobility, hoisting, transferring
• Personal care: showering & bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing
• Community access: support clients with attending appointment, hobby actives, going to work, shopping
