You’ll play a key part in creating a positive, engaging day for participants. Your focus will include: Actively engaging participants in group activities, programs, and community outings Bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity into the day program Encouraging social interaction, confidence, and independence Supporting behaviour support strategies in a calm, proactive way Working closely with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment This role suits someone who lifts the room, builds rapport quickly, and enjoys being hands-on and present. About You This role will suit you if you: Have previous experience in a Day Program or group-based disability setting Bring an upbeat attitude, strong energy, and genuine passion for engaging people Are confident facilitating group activities and encouraging participation Communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, and work well in a team Have 6+ months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle Have NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid If you’re someone who thrives on connection, energy, and engagement — and you want consistent weekday hours — this role is for you.
