This model gives you the freedom to manage your schedule, choose the services you want to provide, and earn a higher hourly rate while still being supported by a professional, nurse-led organisation.

• We regularly offer shifts across various times including weekdays, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays (with relevant penalty rates and allowances).
• Some roles may require transporting participants to community activities (appointments, shopping, school, etc.). For these, you’ll be reimbursed for both travel time and vehicle usage.
