The role involves personal care, including showering and toileting, medication assistance and behaviour support in accordance with the participant’s Positive Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP). Regular availability for inactive sleepover shifts is essential.

About the role:

  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Hold a current Blue Card
  • Hold a current Queensland driver licence

  • Be able to commence promptly

Experience supporting participants subject to regulated restrictive practices will be highly regarded.

What we offer:

  • Regular hours for the right person
  • Paid monthly team meetings
  • Regular training and development opportunities
  • The opportunity to provide consistent support and build a meaningful working relationship
  • Support from a small, responsive management team
