At Enhanced Lifestyles, we refer to our support workers as Lifestyle Attendants, as it reflects our customer-led approach and the independence of our customers in managing their own lives. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful support in both the home and community, helping customers achieve their goals and maintain their quality of life.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s licence and access to a medium or larger car with room for a wheelchair
• Ability to work across varied shifts as required
• Relevant training and certifications, including First Aid, CPR, and manual handling

• Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, household duties, and meal preparation
• Provide safe manual handling assistance
• Support with medication administration and diabetes management
• Implement behaviour support strategies in line with the customer’s care plan
• Facilitate community participation and outings
• Use letter board communication to engage with the customer effectively
• Drive a medium or larger vehicle with space for a wheelchair
