We are looking for reliable, experienced, motivated and fun individuals who are looking for a long term position. Our approach to support work is different to most companies, mainly focusing on creating a strong relationship with participants - becoming their friend rather than just a worker.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have their own transport and license
• Have experience working with a range of disabilities
• Enjoy talking and being physically active
• Be gentle and passionate about helping people with disabilities
• Enjoy working closely with others in a team to improve services
• Be reliable and able to work irregular hours at times
• Be able to travel around Sydney to different participants
• Be presentable at all times
• Be willing to take and apply feedback to their work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
