About the role

Evergreen Support Services is looking for an additional Support Worker to join an existing team supporting a participant living in a SIL home in Minto. You will assist as a third support person during personal care and manual handling, working alongside the participant's existing team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and manual handling as a third support person
• Work alongside the participant's existing support team
• Help out around the home and use your initiative
• Build and maintain a good relationship with the participant and support team

About you

• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Confident with personal care and manual handling, or willing and able to learn the participant's specific support requirements
• A team player who communicates well with others
• Reliable and consistent
• An animal lover
• Genuinely interested in building a good relationship with the participant and existing support team
