About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will be supporting a participant in the Springwood — with opportunities for additional shifts in nearby locations as your roster grows.

Your day may include assisting participants with:

• Supporting emotional wellbeing and daily routines
• Encouraging community participation and independence
• Assisting with personal care and household tasks
• Providing transport to appointments and activities
• Implementing strategies from allied health and mental health professionals
• Maintaining accurate notes and communication with the team

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the disability sector (preferred)
• A mature, experienced approach to support work
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• High Intensity Support experience preferred
• At Home Supports and Community Access experience
• Current QLD Open Driver's Licence
• Comprehensive car insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and CPR
