WE'RE HIRING FEMALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS IN BEENLEIGH

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis with possibility of being promoted to part-time. This is a rewarding opportunity to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals, building independence, and enjoying meaningful participation in their community.

Participant Details

Must be open to supporting participants who are non-verbal and needs mobility support, and participants with mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.
Needs SIL Support, community access, assistance in daily living, mental health support

Schedule

Must be amenable to day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance and current registration
Certificate or Diploma related to disability support, individual support, community services, or a similar field (preferred but not essential)

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting participants with daily living activities and individual goals
Assisting with community access, appointments, and social activities
Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence
Building positive and respectful relationships with participants
Completing progress notes and following participant support plans
