The Opportunity

Be PARTT of something meaningful. As a key member of our Care Services team, you will play a hands-on role supporting participants in our SIL Accommodation homes, community access programs and in-home care.

Key Duties Include:

• Medication administration
• Home Based Daily Living Support
• Taking participants for appointments and other community participation
• Behaviour observation and support
• Meal preparation and shopping assistance
• Maintaining a record of participant progress
• Assessing participants to determine continuing needs
• Assistance in building participant self-image and self-confidence
• Manual Handling of participants
• Availability to cover a range of shifts including sleepovers and weekends

Some of our participants requires 24-hour care so a variety of shifts will be available.
