Job description

HLCS is currently recruiting for female Casual Disability Support Workers to join our SIL team in our mission to empower our clients in achieving their NDIS goals and realizing their life aspirations.

We offer personalized one-on-one support services to our clients, encompassing a range of areas, including:

• Daily activities
• Personal Care
• Social engagement
• Assisted living within their homes
• Active community involvement
• Transportation assistance
• Respite care
• Weekday and weekend care

Key role:

As a Support Worker, your primary role will be to offer support to participants. You will play a vital role in promoting their autonomy, ensuring they have choices and control over their lives, and assisting them in reaching their individual goals. Your dedication to empowering participants and helping them achieve personal growth will be paramount in this position.

We are currently recruiting for multiple SIL participants. Experience in mental health and/or dementia are requirements for these roles
