Hilda Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting participants across Avondale Heights VIC. Preferred workers -Philippines recommended but not mandatory.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Working With Children Check (NSW)
• National Police Clearance
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (completed)
• NDIS Screening Check
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Valid work rights in Australia
• Flexibility to work across all shifts: mornings, afternoons, active nights, and weekends

As a Support Worker with Hilda Care, your role will include:

• Personal care assistance (including hygiene and grooming)
• Meal preparation and domestic duties
• Assistance with community access and recreational activities
• Emotional and social support
• Documenting progress and completing daily shift notes
• Maintaining clean and safe environments
• Upholding professional boundaries and ethical conduct
