Are you a compassionate individual dedicated to making a meaningful difference in your community? Horizon Community Services is actively searching for additional Female Support Workers to join our dynamic team in Sunnybank QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Valuable prior experience in a support staff role is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing compassionate care for individuals with disabilities and elderly clients.
• Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively within a team, while also possessing the capability to autonomously handle tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Certificates in Disability or health related field.
• NDIS Yellow Card & Blue Card.
• Valid Driver’s Licence & Car Insurance.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certificate.
• National Police Check.
